2nd Vp/Membership Chair Dawn Juhl-wessel
Dawn Juhl Wessel first arrived in Oak Harbor in 1989 while serving in connection with the U.S. Navy, and quickly recognized it as the place she wanted to call home. Over the years, she built strong ties throughout the community while owning and operating a carpet cleaning business that served customers across Whidbey Island. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to helping others have made her a familiar and trusted presence in the area.
